Resident Access Portal (RAP) is the time-saving, relationship-building tool for multi-family communities. Residents can reserve community amenities, access notifications and community news, request maintenance - all with a few taps!
Community Residents just download the free app, select their community name from the drop down list, and complete a one-time registration. Once the registration is approved, Residents have full access to the apps tools. (Must be Resident of registered property for access.)
Owners and Managers will enjoy the benefits of streamlined processes, community-building opportunities, and more efficient scheduling. The ability to positively engage with Residents creates another tool for maximizing Resident retention, especially among those that prefer mobile communication.
